Your New Year Must Do List
New Year is just another turn on mother Earth around the sun but for us means a new beginning.
Don’t waste your time with idiots who believe in the pandemic, which is based on fake data.
I know you likely promise yourself every new year to eat healthier food but end up not doing it. Food affects our health but indeed it is difficult to keep up with the healthy nutrition when not having lots of money and our own cook. There is a solution for it. Look online for healthy meal plans, adjust to your taste, and buy the ingredients online. Not going to the supermarket will prevent buying junk food and save you money. Put the meal plan on the fridge. Add even snacks, water, and juices.
Get yourself pine tree tea or pine tree honey (recipe and why do you need it here). Will thank me later.
Take vitamin C since it is good for your immunity and your skin. Of course it is better natural.
Drink good red wine. In Vino veritas; In vino sanitas et felicita.
Find more like minded friends. There is an old saying “If you seek you will find”.
Read books and from the genres you normally don’t like as well. If you can't afford to buy more there are plenty here and here. Also why not exchanging books with friends if libraries follow the pandemic idiocy so you can’t go there. Look for free books at online sell stuff platforms; plenty of people are offering books for free.
Listen to nice music. It is the easiest way to relax. My favorite YouTube music here.
Walk. Most people don’t use the easiest way to relax. Look around and think about what you see. Your brain will take a rest from the everyday burdens while the body will get the needed exercise.
Support my work, which is to end the madness. Could be done via my blog, via my other substack newsletter or via patreon.
